My name is Marni Damaske. I first heard about the Above Down Inside Out (ADIO) principle in the 1990's from my husband who is a chiropractor. ADIO is now rooted into my being- body, soul and spirit, but more about that later.

I am a California native, transplanted to just outside Milan, Italy over 25 years ago. I have four beautiful adult children who never cease to amaze me. I love nature, cultures, and will constantly marvel at the diversity God has created.

Some would call me an artist, I would disagree but I do enjoy creating. I am encouraging and passionate about transformation. I am an eternal student and my life objective is to be ever more present to the flow of life from Above Down Inside Out.
