Counseling serves to reinvigorate the soul by acting as a sounding board until the client sees and understands their situation and self better and feels equiped and enabled to move more fluidly in life - by activating personal qualities, integrating new skills and making conscious choices congruent with values.
As a counselor I am ready to listen, support and help you regain balance in a time of difficulty, personal crisis, uncertainty in making a decisions or with challenges in relationships . As we work together to manage the discomfort of the season, we can also create space for gaining greater self-awareness - of your emotional experiences, needs and desires, and/or the identification of patterns and beliefs that are impacting your life.

The enneagram is a powerful tool for personal development. This 9-point drawing describes nine types of personality - with various possible individual differences and relationships between them. Unlike other methods, the enneagram is not based on behaviors but on the deeper emotions and beliefs that direct them. As a tool, the enneagram functions as a map to explore the territory of the soul, helping us to discover and know ourselves and then create new pathways for change.
I know that looking at a map is never the same as walking the land. Each individual is unique and no model can completely describe the human experience. For this resaon, I have trained with wonderful teachers like Beatrice Chestnut, Clare Loughrige, Uranio Paes and Mauro Vedovello and Jerome Wagner. I know how to accompany you on this journey and I assure you I will not confuse the map with the territory of your soul.

My style is relational and organic knowing that each person has different needs as they seek to open themselves more to God.
